The Porsche Design Tower, located in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, is a testament to sleek design and automotive passion. Construction began in 2014, and the building opened its doors in 2017, offering residents a unique living experience that blends luxury with a love for cars.

The tower's design exudes a masculine energy, reminiscent of the high-octane car shows Michael Dezer, the developer, frequented with his father as a child. There is no dedicated pedestrian entrance, emphasizing the building's focus on the automobile.

Visitors arrive beneath a dramatic graphite-hued archway emblazoned with the words "Porsche Design" in the iconic 911 typeface. They can then choose to park and enter the airy lobby, decorated in the same bronze, red, and black colors of the Porsche logo, or continue their journey in their vehicles.

The building's pièce de résistance is the patented Dezervator, a car elevator that whisks both cars and drivers directly to their sky-high garages. This innovative feature allows residents to park their prized possessions right outside their units, creating a seamless transition between the world outside and their luxurious home.

As Stefan Buescher, CEO of Porsche Lifestyle Group, aptly stated, "The Dezervator is a highlight of the building. It was a natural continuation to transfer our unique design principles to the world of real estate."

The Porsche Design Tower caters specifically to car enthusiasts and those who appreciate a unique and luxurious lifestyle. With its sleek design, innovative features, and dedication to the automotive world, the building stands out as a truly iconic landmark.

He poured $480 million into its construction, resulting in 132 units that range in price from $4 million to a staggering $32 million. At the Porsche Design Tower, a patented car elevator called the Dezervator whisks both cars and drivers up 60 stories to units with sky-high garages. A larger version is planned for the Bentley Residences. A significant chunk of this investment, an estimated 10%, went solely towards the development of the Dezervator, the building's innovative car elevator.
