Inspired by the hotel’s classic grandeur, internationally acclaimed designer Jean-Louis Deniot has created residences that balance modern comfort with Art Deco opulence; blending the old and the new; the European and the American; the grand and the intimate. Each residence celebrates the scale and beauty of the original architecture—a perfect balance of aesthetic and practical considerations—with windows that replicate the building’s original design and flood the rooms with dynamic views of the New York cityscape. Kitchens feature wood and lacquer cabinetry custom-designed by Deniot and fabricated by Italian design house Molteni&C, cleverly concealing top-of-the-line German appliances by Gaggenau. Elegant primary bathrooms offer heated floors, rain showers, and custom Italian vanities. Handcrafted finishes, natural materials, and subtle Art Deco references bring a sense of history to these gracious contemporary spaces.

  Across the world,  as of mid-2023,  there are 690 completed branded residences projects or “schemes”. An additional 600 projects/ schemes are in the pipeline with an estimated delivery date just prior to 2030.   Developers, brand managers and residential property owners and investors are getting in on the upwards trend within this ultra luxurious worldwide market niche which shows no signs of slowing amidst rapid and unprecedented growth. For example,  Montage International— sells homes attached to montage and Pendry hotels in U.S.,  Mexico  and the  Caribbean - realized $1.1B in sales in 2022. Up sharply from $800m 2021 and  $100M in 2018.  The largest players in hotel branded residences, known as the Big 3, are Four Seasons, The Ritz-Carlton, and St. Regis.  Overall, the largest side of this two brand (hotel and individual brand or non-hotel) pony is high end hotel branding. Porsche  Design Tower: Where Cars Live in the Living Room The Porsche Design Tower, a towering testament to luxury and automotive passion, is the brainchild of Michael Dezer. He poured $480 million into its construction, resulting in 132 units that range in price from $4 million to a staggering $32 million. At the Porsche Design Tower, a patented car elevator called the Dezervator whisks both cars and drivers up 60 stories to units with sky-high garages. A larger version is planned for the Bentley Residences. A significant chunk of this investment, an estimated 10%, went solely towards the development of the Dezervator, the building's innovative car elevator.
