He poured $480 million into its construction, resulting in 132 units that range in price from $4 million to a staggering $32 million. At the Porsche Design Tower, a patented car elevator called the Dezervator whisks both cars and drivers up 60 stories to units with sky-high garages. A larger version is planned for the Bentley Residences. A significant chunk of this investment, an estimated 10%, went solely towards the development of the Dezervator, the building's innovative car elevator. While the sum may seem extravagant, Dezer firmly believes it was money well spent. "Initially, I thought, 'How cool would it be to have your Porsche, Lamborghini, or Bugatti right in your living room?'" he explained.
